Cancellation and Refund Policy for San Miguel’s Writer’s Conference, 2015.

The San Miguel International Writers’ Conference dates are Wednesday, February 11 to Sunday, February 15. The following Cancellation policy applies to Conference Packages & the Saturday Intensives, February 14th, 2014.

No refunds will be made for Individual Tickets.

If you need to cancel your participation in the conference, your notification and request for refund must be submitted through our  CONTACT page.

  • You many cancel prior to December 12 – and receive a full refund, less a nontransferable $50 cancellation fee.
  • Between December 12 and January 26, you may cancel and receive a 50% refund, minus the $50 cancellation fee.
  • There will be no refunds made for the Conference and / or the Saturday Intensives after January 26, 2014.

Refunds will be credited to your credit card account or mailed to you within six weeks after they are received.

The San Miguel International Writers’ Conference reserves the right to change or cancel any speaker and/or session without penalty or notice.

If a workshop you’ve selected is cancelled, we’ll make sure you have a seat in another workshop in the same time slot.

There will be a $50 handling fee for returned checks.

You won’t want to miss a minute of the Writers’ Conference – but if you must – no refund of fees will be made for attendees who leave the conference early or do not attend portions of the conference or events.
