Janet McAdams is the author of three poetry collections, including The Island of Lost Luggage, which received the American Book Award. Her novel, Red Weather, won a silver medal from the Independent Publishers Book Awards. Her work has been widely published in literary journals, including Poetry, Cream City Review, TriQuarterly, the North American Review, and in Spanish translation in La Otra and alforja. She is the founding editor of Salt Publishing’s acclaimed Earthworks Poetry Series and an Editor at Large for the Kenyon Review. She teaches in Kenyon College’s creative writing program where she holds an endowed professorship in poetry.
