Rozella Kennedy

Rozella Kennedy is a Nautilus‑Award‑winning author, thought leader, coach, and the creator of the SAIN ET SAUF™ METHODOLOGY (SUSTAINABLE AUTHENTIC INCLUSIVE & NURTURING SOLIDARITY AND UNITY FRAMEWORK). As the founder of BRAVE SIS PROJECT, she centers global BIPOC women’s legacies and other tools to guide personal growth and regenerative leadership. Rozie is the author of OUR BRAVE FOREMOTHERS: CELEBRATING 100 BLACK, BROWN, ASIAN, AND INDIGENOUS WOMEN WHO CHANGED THE COURSE OF HISTORY, and is currently at work on WORLD BRAVE SIS: 100 DREAM‑TIME DIALOGUES WITH WOMEN WHO LED THE WAY.

She also created the #SISTORYLESSONS newsletter, a biweekly series celebrating foremothers with reflection prompts for navigating today’s world with hope and solidarity, and the signature curriculum UNENGAGED TO ALLY, ADVOCATE TO “SISTER,” which explores the complexities and possibilities of building authentic collaborations and relationships across differences and “isms.”

Based in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, Rozie is a writer, speaker, and educator who helps people see how power, position, perspective, and privilege stack up across education, ethnicity, gender, class, ableism, language, accent, documentation status, and more.
