A script is not literature — it’s visual architecture. We use words to build images in the director’s, producer’s, and viewer’s minds, using as few words as possible. In this workshop, participants will discover how to transform the written word into cinematic images. We will explore the screenwriter’s essential tools: visual action, subtext, narrative economy, and the art of telling stories through what the camera can capture.For writers of all levels.
