Writing Is Entrepreneurship is a workshop designed to provide writers with practical tools that allow them to approach their craft with strategic vision and turn their creative work into a sustainable activity.Starting from the premise that writing is not only an artistic act but also a professional project, the workshop proposes a comprehensive methodology to develop a 360° work plan. The workshop emphasizes how discipline and solid writing habits are the productive foundation of every writer. Participants develop short-, medium-, and long-term goals, as well as learn about an efficient organization of time and creative processes. The program also incorporates professional positioning strategies: how to craft a clear and persuasive statement about one’s work, how to present oneself to readers, editors, and institutions, and how to strengthen public relations within the literary ecosystem. During the workshop, participants are given tools to identify the segment or niche of readers most aligned with each author’s style, voice, and themes, enabling the design of communication and dissemination strategies consistent with their aesthetic proposal. The workshop combines reflection, strategic planning, and practical exercises, with the goal that each participant finishes with a concrete action map to professionalize their literary career and project their work with greater clarity, intention, and reach.
